We collect the information you give us (name, contact details, shipping address, artwork) to quote, produce and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We don't sell your personal information.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@eventbrandingdepot.com.
Files you upload are used only for your orders and kept so you can reorder. Ask us anytime to delete them.
Only with the companies that help us run the store, under contracts that limit how they use it: our payment processor (Stripe — we never see or store your card number), our print production partners (to make and ship your order), our hosting and security providers, our email provider (order and proof emails) and the AI provider behind our “Ask the crew” assistant (only what you type in the chat) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, our web analytics tool (Metricool). We may also share information when the law requires it.
The store always saves on your device what it needs to work: your cart, your sign-in, your language and your cookie choice (cookie “cons”). Analytics cookies are optional and stay off until you accept them: if you click “Accept all” or turn on “Analytics”, the store loads Metricool, our web analytics tool, which counts visits and records the page you view, the page or site you came from, your browser and device type, your approximate location (country and city, from your IP address) and the time of the visit. With the same choice, the store also counts on our own server what happens in the store: pages and products viewed, searches (the words searched and how many results, never names, emails or numbers), carts, orders and quote requests sent (only that they happened and which products), payments confirmed, the language, phone or computer (from the screen width), the site or campaign you came from, and page errors. These counts carry no name, email, phone, address or IP address and are kept 13 months. We use all this only to see which pages work and what to improve. We don't use advertising cookies, we don't record your screen or what you type (no session replay), and we don't sell or share this data for advertising. If you click “Reject”, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, no analytics script loads. You can change your choice anytime with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. The older “Do Not Track” setting has no common standard, so we don't respond to it separately.
We only send marketing emails if you signed up for them. Every one has an unsubscribe link and our postal address.
The site only works over encrypted connections. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and artwork until you ask us to delete it.
The store is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
