These terms govern purchases from Event Branding Depot, a brand of Awesome Stuff Inc. (California). By placing an order you confirm you own or have permission to use all artwork, logos and text you submit.
Orders enter production only after proof approval. Colors may vary slightly between screen and print and between materials.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where required.
You can change or cancel an order until you approve the proof. After approval the order is in production and cannot be cancelled.
Delivery dates shown on the site are estimates based on production time and carrier transit. Carriers, weather and customs can cause delays outside our control. If your event date is fixed, tell us before you approve the proof and we will tell you which shipping options can meet it.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to reprinting it or refunding the amount you paid for the affected items. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, event costs or missed events.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to use it. We may decline artwork that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
